A whopping 40 countries were represented in EUGAIN’s Management Committee meeting, which took place at the Ordem dos Engenheiros in Lisbon, Portugal, on April 21, 2024.

The day was filled with reflections on EUGAIN’s rich 3.5 years of activity and an interactive policy influence plan construction workshop.

EUGAIN – European Network For Gender Balance in Informatics. Women are underrepresented in Informatics (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computing, ICT) at all levels, from undergraduate and graduate studies to participation and leadership in academia and industry. Increasing female representation in the field is a grand challenge for academics, policymakers, and society as a whole.
